    Marta is a dancer. It’s just for a combination of events that she actually works as a manager in the HR sector in Milan and she is not the winner of the 2000’s/2010’s edition of THIS. Why we call her Bubu we don’t even remember, but for sure she made us sign something saying we can not shout Bubu in Milan downtown anymore. She loves the beautiful Alps of Bormio (she can ski in conditions a normal human being wouldn’t even think of putting the boots on) and her little secret is being very good at drawing, a skill she keeps for herself.

    Like Marta, this focaccia seems simple but it’s surprising: the saltiness of the Parma Ham meets the softness of the Mozzarella FiordiLatte and the result is something very familiar but yet unpredictable (as she is). She reminds us that if you have very good raw ingredients in life, you don’t need much more.

    Ask it to be toasted without the Parma Ham, which will be added after, when the mozzarella is melted: everybody at the counter will think you are Italian like them.
