Over the last ten years, Alessia has worked as consultant in the public programmes sector.
She has been involved in Technical Assistance on Programmes funded by the European Union for E&Y.
She has a BA in Political Science
and a Master’s Degree in European Studies and International Relations.
She’s been truly passionate about focaccia since the appearance of her first teethes: indeed she discovered this tasty food when she was very young, thanks to her favourite aunt who lives in Genoa in the beautiful region of Liguria.
Alessia has been professionally trained as Focaccia maker in January 2014 with Maia.
