Maia worked as Project Manager for nearly ten years, for some of the leading companies in the Oil&Gas consultancy sector, managing international projects with more than 2 millions budget and a team of over 20 people.
She has a BA and MS in Environmental Sciences and a Master degree in Economics.
Part of her family has its roots in Liguria, the Region where focaccia has was born, where they still own a house in the vicinity of Lerici and the picturesque Cinque Terre.
Starting the day with a piece of focaccia and a cappuccino is one of her most beloved memories from childhood.
She has been professionally trained as Focaccia maker in January 2014 with Alessia.
